TURNAROUND & SHIPPING POLICY
At Gift of Embroidery, we take pride in our shipping policy. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we strive to provide the best service to build trust and loyalty with our customers.

Turnaround time or processing time for most of the items is 2-7 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product listing. We do our best to process and ship orders as soon as possible.

Shipping is only available for Canada and USA. Most of the orders are shipped with Tracking Shipping service (by Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Fedex, Purolator or Canpar).

Local pickup is available from the company location in East Gwillimbury, as per prior agreement with the Vendor.

Please double check the shipping address during checkout. The shipping address is copied onto the package as is, and we are not responsible for any spelling mistakes that may cause non-delivery.

Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you need an item for a specific date.

Duty, customs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

USA: 2-10 business days delivery by USPS or UPS- Shipping within
Canada: 1-10 business days delivery by Canada Post or other carriers (depending on destination)​

Please note that shipping delays might occur, which is beyond our control. From our part, we can guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped within the indicated time frame which you will see at the checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return & exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from Gift of Embroidery.

Each item in our shop is custom made, so returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless on the items that have been received damaged in transit. Please contact us THE SAME DATE the item received so that we may resolve the problem and attach the photo of the damaged product. Please be sure to check your package upon delivery, as we cannot accept claims after 2 days of receipt.

If a mistake was made in a custom/personalized item (spelling, embroidered design), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will re-do and re-send the correct item to you or issue a refund.

We don’t accept any cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us ASAP, because we arrange production as soon as possible after the order is placed.
